Personal Investment Rates on Pay per Month Basis:
5-Day/week Training: Includes one hour training session five days per week for 4 weeks. Includes before and after fitness assessment, nutrition seminar and CIA T-Shirt $299*.

4-Day/week Training: Includes one hour training session four days per week for 4 weeks. Includes before and after fitness assessment, nutrition seminar and CIA T-Shirt $249*.

3-Day/week Training: Includes one hour training session three days per week for 4 weeks. Includes before and after fitness assessment, nutrition seminar and CIA T-Shirt $199*.

2-Day/week Training: Includes one hour training session two days per week for 4 weeks. Includes before and after fitness assessment, nutrition seminar and CIA T-Shirt $159*.

CIA KIDS 30 Minutes: 4weeks.Ages 6-12.Focuses on fundamental movement skills and core conditioning. Scaled down CrossFit... helping our kids to build confidence, to be fit, learn healthy lifestyles and proper nutrition. Includes CIA T-Shirt $96*. Other rates apply for 2-day and 1-day/week program. (Discount FOR KIDS OF CURRENT MEMBERS)

TEEN/Adult & VARSITY 45 Minutes: 4weeks.Ages 12 and UP. Goals include teaching goal specific skills to athletes for improved sports performance, and bringing out the inner athlete in teens that want to be fit, learn healthy lifestyles and proper nutrition.Includes, nutrition seminar and CIA T-Shirt $160*. Other rates apply for 1, 2 and 3-day/week programs. (Discount FOR TEENS OF CURRENT MEMBERS)

EXPRESS 30 Minute Training: Includes 30 minute Training sessions for 4weeks. Includes before and after fitness assessment, nutrition seminar and CIA T-Shirt $150* (unlimited training up to 5/days per week Monday thru Friday.)

10-Punch Training Card: Includes one hour training session 10-day punch card. Must be used within 3 months time and must inform instructor when you will be attending. Includes nutrition seminar and CIA T-Shirt $200*.
EXPRESS PUNCH = $150* for 10 30-minute sessions - 3 months to use.
