TEEN/Adult
& VARSITY 45 Minutes: 4weeks.Ages 12 and UP.
Goals include teaching goal specific skills to athletes
for improved sports performance, and bringing out the inner
athlete in teens that want to be fit, learn healthy lifestyles
and proper nutrition.Includes, nutrition seminar and CIA
T-Shirt$160*.

EXPRESS 30 Minute Training:
Includes 30 minute Training sessions for

Training Card: Includes one hour training session
10-day punch card. Must be used within 3 months time and
must inform instructor when you will be attending. Includes
