- Our
Simply in Demand R.E.A.L. Life™ Nutrition Program to CHANGE
YOUR LIFE!
- Here
it is plain and simple! Regarding Nutrition, YOU CANNOT diverge
from the course for a minimum of 21 days IF you are really serious
about making success yours! We have spent many quality hours,
weeks, months, a lifetime, dialing in what Nutrition works best
for R.E.A.L. LIFE™! Yes, we want you to be happy, we also
want you to make Good - Better - Best Choices! That is what the
Simply in Demand- R.E.A.L. LIFE Nutrition Program is
about. We will NOT pretend to be your friend and tell you "that's
okay that you ate that..." I will tell you to pick yourself
up and GET BACK ON THE WAGON STARTING NOW!
- We
have developed the tools for you based on a block approach similar
to the ZONE, but with a dialed in Paleo Prescription.
Why Paleo? Because it is the cleanest diet out
there that still gets you all the required nutrients and helps
you live longer and stay younger.
What
to eat?
In plain language, garden vegetables, especially greens, lean meats,
nuts and seeds, little starch, and no sugar. That's about as simple
it can be put. Stay to the outside perimiter of the Grocery Store
and don't even think about eating PROCESSED ANYTHING!
The Caveman
/ Paleolithic Model for Nutrition
Avoid coronary heart disease, diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, obesity
and psychological dysfunctionby avoiding all foods high in refined
or processed carbohydrates. Another thing to think about is Marketing
tells you many things, but only what they want you to believe in
order for you to buy their products. Simply put don't believe everything
you read or hear. Remember it's source!
What
Foods to avoid?
H igh-glycemic carbohydrates! Those carbohydrates that raise blood
sugar too rapidly. Such as rice, bread, candy, potatos, sweets,
sodas, and almost all processed carbohydrates. Processing is defined
as bleaching, baking, grinding, and refining. Processing carbohydrates
greatly increases their glycemic index, which directly relates to
how much they elevate blood sugar. The problem with high-glycemic
carbohydrates is that they elicite your insulin response. Insulin
is essential for life, yet acute, chronic elevation of insulin leads
to hyperinsulinism, which has been positively linked to obesity,
elevated cholesterol levels, blood pressure, mood dysfunction and
a varitety of disease and disability.
