Includes teaching goal/sport specific skills to athletes for improved sports performance, and bringing out the inner athlete in teens that want to be fit, learn healthy lifestyles and proper nutrition. Includes before and after fitness assessment, nutrition seminar and CIA T-Shirt $160*.
