I just want to say thanks for all you do. I had no idea
what this training was going to be like since I've never
done anything like this before. And now I can't imagine
NOT doing it. This is the best thing I've ever done. I appreciate
your encouragement, patience and your always taking the
time to help me with the stuff I struggle with. And you
are a lot of fun! I think this is the finally the thing
that is helping me physically and mentally. I'm feeling
a little bit stronger each day and I like that I feel some
"good pain" every day. My fiancee thinks I'm obsessive,
and, to use your words -- I think I'm dedicated!
You are awesome and I just want to let you know that and
say thanks!

have been following the Crossfit regime for 3 months now.
Although I could list the progress I'm making in several
areas it would make this post longer than it already is.
I want to discuss something far more important than my achievements,
namely children. It is hard for me to express the amount
of satisfaction I have knowing that, through the utilization
of Crossfit, I can provide my kids with a solid, effective
and efficient exercise program that is interesting enough
to keep them going for a long time. It makes me wonder just
what kind of athletic accomplishments they will become capable
of because they started at a young age and did not have
to sift through the vast amounts of BS out there in the
fitness and fighting worlds like I did...
I would like to thank Crossfit for helping me to stay physically
active during my parenting years and for helping me provide
a positive role model for my children in this area.

wanted to write a short note on how much I enjoy your classes!!
Excuse the double adjectives but they are always different,
changing, fun, hard and intense! Your
classes are BY FAR THE MOST EFFECTIVE and
COMPLETE fitness program I have ever participated!
I have cut my training by 70% and can still climb the 14ers
with less perceived exertion. My recovery is much quicker
and energy level is always at a high level. After a few
injuries and years (48) I had resigned myself to the so
called age factor and less active lifestyle. Your program
has helped in all aspects of life. Physical, mental, confidence
and an active and satisfying lifestyle! Much success to
you and your program!!

First of all, I just wanted to say thank you for all you
do. I can’t tell you how much it means to me to have
your class available and not only the class but the fact
that you’re the one running the show. I’ve been
through (and continue to go through) a lot of life’s
obstacles and reshaping my physical appearance has always
been my Achilles’ heal (or maybe shin splint in my
case). You are inspiring me to be a better person who can
not only be strong on the inside but the outside as well.

fitness instructor. I always thought I would be the person
who worked out because I felt like I should, but you have
changed my perspective 360 degrees. I look so forward to
your workouts, and I get cranky when I don't have them.

Kettlebell work-outs!!!!

I
am a runner who likes to do marathons. My training has always
had the distance but lacked the strength and cross training
of any good program. This year I added CIA Cross fit kettlebell
training. My body was stronger and more powerful than ever
before. All those workouts strengthened my core so that
I did not hit the infamous wall until mile 23. I knew I
would finish that run in much better shape than I had in
any other race I had done. An unexpected result of these
workouts was the quick recovery I had after the run. I was
back training with Kelli, three days after running 26.2
miles. I am a believer!

I can really see the benefit of this program from a cardio,
strength and mental standpoint. Great total workout in 1
hour. I have gained muscle, lost fat and when skiing, recover
is much quicker with no soreness the day after. If someone
is committed to improving their physical conditioning, THIS
IS IT!

have to say that I have done some solid workouts in my life
